About This Product

When it comes to heat-resistant tape, this is the one. Reach for it when you just need to attach a thermocouple.  (Tape width 19 mm)

■FeaturesThe backing is glass cloth impregnated with a dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and then baked. One side is surface treated and coated with a silicone adhesive, giving the tape outstanding heat resistance and mechanical strength along with excellent release, slip, high-temperature holding power, and dimensional stability. The non-adhesive side also has the outstanding properties of polytetrafluoroethylene, including electrical characteristics, heat resistance, chemical resistance (water repellency), and non-stick performance.

■Applications・Heat-resistant bundling of lead wires.
・Release for the heating wire section of heat sealers.
・Lining of hoppers and chutes.
・Heat-resistant masking.
