About This Product

■Mobile measurement system The portable TRITOP CMM system measures the 3D coordinates of objects quickly and accurately. Measuring tasks that were previously performed with traditional contact 3D coordinate measuring machines can now be easily performed with the TRITOP CMM system. It is lightweight, does not require complicated maintenance, and allows mobile measurement. ■Applications ・Inspection of pressed sheet metal parts and car body parts (e.g. prototypes, manufacturing process optimization, mold prototypes, sampled parts, etc.) ・Quality control of large objects (e.g. aircraft, ships, wind turbines, etc.) ・Verification of plastic parts (e.g. initial product inspection, etc.) ・Jig verification and data acquisition ・Measurement of model products and prototypes (e.g. vehicle interior and exterior design, etc.) ・3D shape verification of tubes, wires, etc. ・Trim edge measurement of pressed sheet metal materials ・Automobile deformation analysis using constant temperature tests ・Measuring of reference point fields ■Static deformation analysis The TRITOP system is a mobile optical measuring system that precisely defines the 3D coordinates of objects in quasi-static conditions. Based on this information, the TRITOP system can calculate the 3D displacements and deformations of the measured object. The non-contact TRITOP system provides an alternative solution to traditional displacement measurement systems or LVDTs, quickly capturing 3D displacements and deformations without the need for cables or sensors on or around the measured object. ■Information provided from measurement points by the TRITOP system ・3D coordinates ・3D displacement ・Deformation ・Bending, twisting, deflection ・Rotation angle ・6 degrees of freedom (6DoF) ・Relative displacement (point – point, point – line, point – plane) These results can be displayed graphically or directly in CAD data.
