About This Product
The biggest feature of the Polyjet system is that a high -definition model with a minimum of 0.014 mm thickness by shooting a liquid light stiffening resin from the inkjet nozzle.
The conventional design development process is greatly transformed because you can easily get a surprisingly elaborate model. Some of the high -end models are equipped with the world's first "digital material" function that enables more than 1,000 kinds of materials patterns by mixing materials. A model that combines different materials can be printed as a single model. Not only the appearance of the final product but also the feel is possible.
■ Polyjet Inkjet Law
A liquid light -cured resin is sprayed with a dot like an inkjet printer, and at the same time, a model is made by exposure and curing with a UV lamp. With a minimum stacking thickness of 0.014 mm, a model with a smooth surface is possible.
