A new wave of independent manufacturing and prototyping with Fuse 1. Brings highly productive SLS (selective laser sintering) 3D printing to the benchtop.
Efficiently recovers powder with an industry-leading 30% refresh rate to create fully functional parts using Formlabs custom Nylon 12 powder.
It also has a large build volume of 165 x 165 x 300mm, allowing you to print everything from full-scale prototypes to batch production of final products at once.
Production and prototyping can be done in-house and managed on demand. With effective powder containment and easy print setup, the Fuse 1 brings industrial power to a small footprint.
A full-color touchscreen interface guides you through each printing and maintenance step to minimize fuss.

Formlabs PreForm print preparation software (free) makes it easy to import STL or OBJ part files, orient and position models, estimate print times, upload job files, monitor printer usage and more.
With its patent-pending Surface Armor technology, Fuse 1 delivers superior mechanical properties and surface quality without the high cost and hassle of other systems.
Fuse Sift is a safe and efficient powder recovery system exclusive to Fuse 1. It is an all-in-one station that performs object removal, powder collection, storage and mixing in one independent device. The negative pressure system keeps powder inside while allowing open access and easy cleaning.
The Fuse Sift sieve filters the particles and remixes them with fresh powder for reuse on your next print. Fuse 1 has a high part packing density, so you can print with very little wasted material.
• Power: Two independent circuits, each supplying at least 120 volts, 15 amps to a NEMA 5-20R socket.
Connectivity: Fuse 1 requires an internet connection via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Formlabs provides point-to-point encrypted remote access to both Fuse 1 and Fuse Sift to collect diagnostic logs and provide remote support for troubleshooting.
Ambient environment: Ambient temperature 18-28°C with HVA/C system actively moving air in and out 24 hours a day.
･Space: Fuse 1 requires a space of at least 64.5 x 68.5 x 107.0 cm including the stand. Fuse Sift requires a space of at least 61.0 x 99.1 x 188.8 cm. Keep space away from machines and tools that produce sparks, such as woodworking or metalworking machines.
