About This Product
■Forged aluminum upper mount
The upper mount is made of forged aluminum, achieving both high rigidity and light weight. The front strut type uses a camber-adjustable pillow ball upper mount to provide direct steering feel and control. Reinforced rubber mounts are used for models other than the front strut type and the rear. Reduces unpleasant noise when driving (excluding some models).
*Some front strut type cars also have reinforced rubber mounts.
■32-step damping force adjustment mechanism
Adopts 32 steps of damping force adjustment function for both front and rear. By using a special needle valve, it is possible to precisely adjust the damping force. You can balance driving performance and ride comfort at a high level according to your preference. It can be easily adjusted using the adjustment dial on the top of the upper mount, but some car models have a damping force adjustment dial inside the tire housing due to structural reasons.
In addition, the adjustment section is located on the bottom of the speaker board or panel, and a special extension cable is included for vehicles where adjustment is difficult.
■High tensile strength material spring
An original spring that uses SAE9245, a special high tensile strength material with excellent durability. Repair springs are also on sale.
■Dust boots/bump rubber
Standard equipment includes a dust boot to protect the piston rod and a bump rubber to prevent the piston from bottoming out.
■High strength cylinder case
High strength STKM13C material is used for the cylinder case. Black chrome plating also improves corrosion resistance.
■Forged aluminum seat
Forged aluminum is also used for the spring seat and lock seat. Achieves high strength, high durability, and lightweight.
■Aluminum bracket
The wishbone type bracket uses a bracket made from machined aluminum. Achieved a reduction in unsprung weight. Corrosion resistance is improved by black alumite and special coating.
■High rigidity dedicated bracket
A special bracket for each vehicle model that is coated with a special paint to achieve high rigidity and strength. Brackets that can fix brake hoses and ABS lines are standard equipment for each vehicle model, and bolt-on installation is possible.
■First-out overhaul
Compatible with overhaul. It is possible to bring out the original performance. We also support ``advance overhaul'' that saves you the hassle of replacement.
