■Achieving stable delivery timesALICAT has its own factory in Arizona, USA, and has developed based on the experience and knowledge cultivated over many years. We are developing models that are compatible with various uses, and can meet a variety of needs.

In recent years, we have significantly increased our workforce and production equipment, making stable supply possible. ALICAT products have achieved stable delivery times amidst the unstable situation caused by the world situation.

■A wide variety of gases can be measured- The M/MW series can measure 98 types of gases, including mixed gases, and the MS series can measure 130 types of gases, including corrosive gases and refrigerant gases, with one unit.
- Gas selection is easy by operating the front button.

■200:1 wide flow range *MS series is 100:1・Lineup ranges from ultra-low flow rate 0.5SCCM to large flow rate 5000SLPM. (*MW series up to 1000SLPM)
・Flow rate range is 200:1 from 0.5% to 100% F.S. 0.5SCCM can be measured from ultra-low 0.0025mL/min.

■In addition to mass flow, pressure and temperature are also measured.・In addition to mass flow, volume flow, pressure, and temperature are also displayed on the display screen.
・You can also change the display unit of each data. The value converted to that unit will be displayed.

■Equipped with backlit monochrome LCD display as standard-Equipped with a monochrome LCD with backlight as standard. The backlight can be easily turned on/off by button operation.
- TFT color LCD with better visibility is also available as an option.

■Equipped with analog output/RS-232C communication as standard・Equipped with 0-5VDC output as standard. Also available with 0-10VDC, 1-5VDC, and 4-20mADC output. Two outputs are also available as an option.
- Analog output outputs mass flow as standard. In addition to mass flow, it is also possible to specify volume flow, pressure, and temperature.

■Flow rate can be integrated・The integrated flow rate can be displayed by adding the flow rate integration option.
- Flow rate integration starts after power is turned on and after reset.

■PipingThe connection diameter is NPT standard female thread.

■Calibration- Calibration will be performed by the manufacturer. Normally, calibration is performed at 20℃ 1atm, but you can also specify calibration at 0℃ 1atm.
- Calibration using actual gas is also possible.
