About This Product

Technoplat CS and CW are automatic packaging machines and represent an innovative solution for fully automatic pallet packaging. The machine is equipped with a film clamp and cut unit with spreader in the CS version and a welder in the CW version to ensure that the film tails can be attached, cut, spread or welded done and perfectly glued to the pallet.

■Screen operation JOG dial

Automatic film clamping, cutting, welding or unfolding

■Film stretching variable 2.5-5.0 times

Pre-stretch up to 400%

■Auto tension control

Easy-to-use touchscreen control panel with cube technology

■Product benefits

・Can be started remotely ・Significantly saves wrapping time ・Machine with patented clamping system -Independent clamping, cutting, film unfolding or welding system detail

■FR trolley

Film carriage with electromagnetic powder brake on return roller, stretch tension adjustable from control panel.

■PDS carriage

PDS carriage with dual pre-stretch rollers controlled via control panel. Pre-stretch system is fixed at 250%. The "stretch control" control activates an electromagnetic clutch located on the first roller.

■PVS carriage

PVS carriage with powered stretch system controlled by two independent motors. The expansion/contraction rate of the panel board can be adjusted from 150% up to 400%. The force applied to the load is controlled by a patented electronic device and can be adjusted from the distribution board.

■7 inch touch screen control panel

The control panel is the brain of Rotoplat, and here lies the heart of the machine and technology Robopac, or CubeTechnology.
