About This Product

Masterplat Plus LP is a turntable-type wrapping machine that wraps products vertically with stretch film. Operators can access it from every direction and can load the machine using a hand pallet truck or a forklift via a suitable ramp. Because Masterplat Plus LP uses a slim turntable only 30mm thick, forklift forks do not strike it frequently and loading is easy. The smaller new ramp also makes it well suited to saving space, and the quality of the patented new disc rolling system gives this machine great reliability.

■FRD Carriage

A film carriage with a manually adjustable mechanical brake for setting the film tension. The brake engagement release device makes it easy to hook the film onto the base of the pallet.

■PGS Carriage

The PGS film delivery unit is equipped with a motorized fixed-gear (250%) pre-stretch system. A wide range of additional gear sets can also be purchased (150%-200-300%) .

■3.5-Inch Color Graphic Display

Parameter selection by jog dial: programming cycles in a simple and intuitive way
