Defective detection technology
･ Step1. Create many types of images
In just 0.3 seconds, 69 unprocessed images are photographed, imported into the software, and combined with several pieces, we will create an image processed according to the type of defective.
･ Step2. Select detection tool according to the defective type
If you select the tool according to the defective type you want to detect, you will analyze it in just 3 seconds. Of course, multiple detection tools can be selected.
･ Step3. Set detection criteria
The size of the detected defect is minimum, 0.1mm in vertical and horizontal and 2 μm depth. The detection level can be changed and you can set to detect only the desired defect.
