About This Product

■Summary HSense is a process mass spectrometer for hydrogen and helium that is based on a magnetic field deflection mass spectrometer (SF-MS) and is optimized for rapid and highly accurate measurements of hydrogen and helium. Hydrogen and helium ions ionized by electron collisions are accelerated in a magnetic field with constant energy, focused, and separated, and detected with a response time of less than 1 second. The gas conditioning unit installed as standard in the main unit is unaffected by changes in the water concentration in the sample gas. It supports flexible system configurations, such as as a dedicated stand-alone device, or by linking with the sister model AirSense (IMR-MS) to expand the range of gases to be measured.
