About This Product
It is a closed type quadrd mass analyzer. Good response and can be used for various applications, such as online process monitoring and control, analysis of high vacuum residual gas, and leak check of process devices. Direct sampling is possible with MTORR pressure with a detection limit of 1 ppm or more.
■ The principle and mechanism of the closed dioon source type gas analysis
The closed dioon source type gas analysis meter is one of the mass spectromers and is based on a "quartet type analyzer". By ionized the gas to be detected, it is possible to measure very accurate accuracy. The quartet analyzer is roughly composed of three parts. The sample gas is converted to ions by "ionized part", and is accelerated toward the "quartet (mass separation portion)" with a weak voltage.
The four -layer portions are lined with four electrodes applied to the positive opposite voltage, and there are electric fields that change phase at high speed. Among the ions in the quadruple part, Ion with a stable vibration state passes through the quartet as it is and reaches the "ion detector". Unstable ions cannot pass through the quartet.
The selected sample ions produce electrons in the ion detector. It is amplified by repeated collisions in the detection portion, and can analyze gas composition with higher accuracy.
