It contributes to reducing piping man -hours and minimizing internal volume. By making manifold production, it is possible to make a current circuit with a minimum width of 0.2 mm.

Connect multiple single electromagnet valve to the side to connect each other's ports directly to form a flow path. Do not use manifold blocks.
