■What is LFS (Low Force Stereolithography)?

In stereolithography, the model is peeled off from the bottom of the resin tank after each layer is completed. There was a risk that the stress generated at this time would deform the modeled product, and there was also a risk of loss of accuracy depending on the laser irradiation angle. LFS solves this with a resin tank design and movable LPU.

■Material switching can be completed in seconds

When liquid resin is supplied to the tank from a cartridge-type resin, the resin is designed so that it does not touch any part of the aircraft, so changing the material can be completed by simply replacing the resin tank and cartridge. Anyone can easily increase speed and reduce costs

■Prototype: Significantly shorten prototype production period

Free print preparation software automatically completes print settings, so you can start prototyping on the spot as soon as your design is complete. If you start modeling before you leave work, your prototype will be ready the next morning. Even if we perform a re-prototype after verification and design adjustments, the re-prototype will be completed at your fingertips the next morning.

■Mold Why we can handle mold production

Stereolithography uses photocurable resin, which hardens with UV light, rather than thermoplastic resin, which is a common resin that melts when exposed to heat. Some materials improve their hardness when heated, making them compatible with the heat and pressure of injection molding. LFS technology takes advantage of this with even greater precision and surface quality.

■Jigs We also support a wide range of specially manufactured jigs.

Testing and production jigs are made exclusively for each occasion. All kinds of jigs and fixtures can be manufactured using a wide range of materials, including materials with excellent heat resistance and strength, and materials with excellent impact resistance such as TPU and silicone. Molds and jigs can be reproduced at any time as long as the data is available, so there is no need to store them. Functionality improves even after purchase, like a smartphone
