About This Product

We will release a two-axis (X-Y-Z) unit (X-Y-Z) unit that supports the "time saving" of the design and assembly person. We will ship with a ball screw slider by the manufacturer. The accuracy is performed after assembly, and the repetition of the repetition accuracy is ± 0.01 mm, and the transportation is 9kg (X-Y) and 4.5㎏ (X-Y-Z), respectively. The stroke is 500mm x 500mm (X-Y) and 500mm x 500mm x 100mm (X-Y-Z) as standard. The stroke of each axis can be changed according to your request. The operation program can be easily operated by simply entering the robot controller MRC01 guidance. You do not need the knowledge of the ladder. ･ No assembly required We will deliver accuracy and deliver it in the assembled state. Customers can select ball screws, shorten the time of purchase such as cable bears and reduce assembly time. ･ High rigidity The SKR series, which makes up each axis, is a compact and high rigidity structure that integrates LM guide, ball screws, and support units. Due to the high Y -axis rigidity, it does not require a support LM guide even if the overhang is long. ·High precision It is the best actuator for positioning the position of ± 0.01 mm for high -precision positioning. The motor consists of catalog standard products The motor of the drive portion adopts a highly obtained catalog standard AZ series. Contribute to reduction of maintenance (costs and hours). ･ Sensorless design The mechanical absolute sensor "ABZO (Abzo) Sensor" installed in the AZ series constantly manages position information. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the external sensor and limit sensor required for the starting point of return, and design the sensorlessness. Return to the starting point is also known for the stop position with Absolute sensor, so it will return in the shortest distance. The time of the origin will be reduced. ･ Easy operation You can easily set up programs in combination with robot controller MRC01. (An example of the default)
