About This Product

■Stainless steel design for demanding media.

When selecting flow meters for demanding fluids, the issue of material resistance always arises. The KRAL flowmeter OMS series is a stainless steel design for low and high viscosity media and is equipped with ball or plain bearings depending on the application.

■Advantages

・High precision volumetric displacement meter. ・KRAL products have low service costs and long service life. - Extremely robust liquid flow meter. - No stabilization zone required. ・Low friction minimizes pressure loss. ・Very compact measurement unit design. ・For harsh industrial conditions.

■Application example

- Injection of resin, paint, and adhesive. ・Coating of wind turbine propellers. ・Insulation material. ・Grease and wax. ・Measurement of volumetric flow rate of water.

■Materials

・Housing: Stainless steel. ・Screw: Stainless steel (coated for high viscosity media). ・Bearing: Ball or sliding bearing. ・Gasket with ball bearing: Viton®. ・Sliding bearing gasket: Teflon®
