■Advantages of introducing a booster compressor- Lowering the control pressure by 0.1MPa can save approximately 8% on electricity costs. 
・When high-pressure air is required in spots, installing a booster compressor can save approximately 17% on electricity costs compared to installing a new compressor. 
・Changing from a booster pump to a booster compressor can save approximately 27% on electricity costs. You can save about 27% on your electricity bill.
・If you install a booster compressor to prevent pressure drop in the end piping, you can save about 15% on electricity costs compared to installing a new one.

■Booster compressor features- Reduces power consumption by efficiently increasing voltage only where it is needed
・Preventing pressure drop at the end of the piping
・Supplies high pressure air (up to 3.5MPa) in spots
・Since the suction is taken directly from the piping, there is no normal suction noise and the noise is low, making it ideal for spot compressors.
・Since the suction pressure is increased from 0.29 to 0.59 MPa, a large discharge air volume can be obtained with a small compressor.
-Specifications with a maximum pressure of 2.45 or 2.94MPa are also manufactured separately.
 
■Package booster compressor features・Low vibration, low noise, space saving package type.
・Uses a newly designed compressor body to achieve top-class discharge air volume in the 3.5MPa class. IN: 0.98MPa, OUT: 3.5MPa, discharge air volume 2,800L/min, IN: 0.80MPa, OUT: 3.0MPa, discharge air volume 2,400L/min
・Equipped with aftercooler and high pressure (micro) filter as standard.
・Built-in low pressure abnormality detection tank (7L) ・Secondary side tank (134/145L), allowing space-saving installation.
・Oil sensor and hour meter are standard equipment.
