About This Product

■Product overviewWater pressurized by a pressure pump is pushed out through a mist nozzle with an extremely small diameter, creating a fine mist. The higher the pressure, the finer the water particles and the greater the volume (number of particles).

When a high-pressure pump that pressurizes to nearly 7 MPa is used, most of the mist particles are 5 microns or less in size, resulting in what is called a "dry mist." By the time the mist falls to the ground or floor, it evaporates in the atmosphere, causing vaporization. Heat lowers the surrounding temperature. High-pressure pumps are available in a variety of flow sizes to suit both large and small spaces. All models can be used indoors and outdoors.

■Product features- A high-quality "belt drive" high-pressure pump that is fully equipped with various functions required of a mist pump.
・Water pressure: 6.9MPa (1,000PSI)
- Because it is belt-driven, the motor rotation speed is slower and the load on the pump is lower than that of a directly connected pressure pump, so it has excellent durability and can operate for a long time.
・Can operate 24 hours/day.
- Comes with an "hour meter" that displays the total operating time of the pressure pump.
- Can be installed indoors or outdoors.
- Comes with a storage cover with ventilation fan. The storage cover is powder coated to prevent rust.
・Bass design.
・Equipped with an "unloader valve (pressure regulating valve)", "thermal relief valve", "water pressure gauge", "breaker", "hour meter", and "ventilation fan".
- Comes with power cord (150cm, 3 cores).
・Connection with water supply pipe: 3/8” female thread (NPT) for both “in” and “out”
・Size: W66 x D42 x H36cm
・Weight: 55Kg to 68Kg

■Accessories5 micron filter, filter housing, water distribution tube (1/2” low pressure tube 3m) from the primary water supply to the filter housing and mist pump, and the necessary fittings to connect them.
