About This Product
Our original press machine was developed based on the know-how cultivated through mold manufacturing.
■Features
・Uses a highly rigid 4-post underdrive system to achieve high stability.
- Driven by a combination of a "high-performance AC servo motor" and a "ball screw", the top dead center, bottom dead center, and depth of cut can be easily set using the manual pulse handle. It is also possible to set various types of mold die height adjustments.
- Continuous operation with a specified number of cuts is possible, making it easy to run the mold before starting up the mold or after maintenance.
- The depth of cut can be set by pressing the press twice in succession. In addition, the cutting speed can be selected as high or low, and continuous cutting can be set alternately.
- Adopts a QDC fixture system that allows easy setting of QDC molds developed and mass-produced by our group, and is ideal for mass production of recent minute products by combining an AC servo motor and our QDC molds.
・The pressurizing capacity can be selected from 5, 10, and 15 tons, and we are happy to discuss specifications with you.
