About This Product

Perforated metal foils such as copper foil, aluminum foil, and nickel foil have excellent cost performance and are manufactured using precision molds and high-speed press processing. High cost performance has been achieved by high-speed press processing. Features thin foil (Min. 4 to 20 μm), precision pattern (Min. This perforated metal foil is ideal for positive and negative electrode current collectors. Features

We have achieved high-speed press processing of metal foil using our original technology, greatly improving mass productivity.

■Mass production possible with stable shape

Manufactured using precision press processing, the generation of metal powder and burrs is also suppressed.

■Can be processed into ultra-thin metal foil

By using thinner materials, products can be made thinner, lighter, and have higher capacity.

■Punching section (hole section) and plain section (no hole section) can be set as desired.

By setting the plain part, it is possible to increase the tensile strength, and it can be used for taking out the lead part.

■Applications

Ideal for current collectors and electromagnetic shields for lithium ion capacitors (LIC), lithium ion batteries (LiB), and electric double layer capacitors (EDLC).
