About This Product
Automate box sizing and weight measurement. It outputs the width, depth, height, and weight in 2 seconds after placing the box. Output includes receipt printing, recording to images and CSV files, as well as data transmission to external sources. Speedy, accurate, and easy. BoxMetrix streamlines logistics with image processing technology.
■BoxMetrix only needs to be placed for 2 seconds
1) When you place a box, BoxMetrix automatically detects that a box has been placed.
2) Automatically measures and outputs width, depth, height, and weight in 2 seconds, and records images and data. Because it automatically measures just by placing it, it prevents mistakes due to work fatigue and allows you to work easily and efficiently even when handling a large amount of luggage.
■Accurate image processing with high pixel camera
Uses a dedicated algorithm and high-resolution camera (12 million pixels) + high-performance lens to accurately measure box dimensions. Image processing that is not easily affected by the type of box or surrounding environment greatly reduces the burden of measurement work.
■High repeatability
Achieves high measurement accuracy with a high-resolution camera.
・Width/depth repeatability *: +- 1mm
・Height repeatability: +- 1mm
・Weight repeatability: +- 0.005kg (max. 30kg), +- 0.01kg (max. 60kg)
*Calculate the maximum and minimum by measuring a 45cm width x 30cm depth x 26cm height box that is not deformed or rounded 100 times while rotating it horizontally within a range of ±30 degrees. Accuracy may vary depending on conditions such as box shape, roundness, and angle of view.
■Save image data
You can record an image of the measured box. Because it is a high-resolution image, even details such as slip numbers can be kept as records.
