About This Product

EasyInspector2 is a general-purpose image inspection software for quality control, receiving inspection, shipping inspection, in-line inspection, and remote inspection. It simultaneously executes AI (deep learning) and rule-based (procedural) processing to automate various inspection and confirmation tasks.

■3 major features1. Highly versatile and versatile inspection functions
Multiple inspection contents can be inspected at once. A maximum of 999 inspection frames can be set for one inspection setting. You can set functions to be used individually for each inspection frame, and multiple inspection items can be inspected at once (*limited to the same lighting conditions).

2. Intuitive and easy inspection settings
You can install software and configure inspection settings just like using a general Windows application.
1: No knowledge of difficult programming is required, and you can intuitively set inspection settings such as "strict" or "lenient".
2: To detect edges (boundaries between colors and brightness) in dimension angle inspection, simply select visually which side the edge you want to detect is on.

3． Highly scalable external control function
By using the I/O unit, you can easily link with devices such as switches, patrol lights, and buzzers without any special knowledge. Simply connect the unit and computer with a USB cable, and connect the input/output devices by wire (*Please be sure to check the specifications of the device).

It also supports communication with external applications and cooperation with PLCs. EasyInspector2 can be freely controlled by using Socket communication commands and RS232C communication commands, such as applying inspection triggers and switching settings.

■Cost effectivenessWill you add another inspector?
"Machining defects occur," "foreign objects get mixed in," and "assembly errors occur." These may only occur infrequently, but if not checked, defects will be leaked. However, assigning inspectors to each process increases the cost burden, and is prone to oversights depending on physical condition and proficiency.

The mechanical eye (machine vision) is superior in that it always provides consistent inspection performance. For example, by simply performing the first stage of inspection with the eyes of a machine and the second stage with the eyes of the inspector, the burden on the inspector can be reduced from a few tenths to a few hundred times. The possibility of defective products being leaked can be greatly reduced. If the machine's eyes can make judgments more accurately than a certain level, the inspection can be left to the machine's eyes and the inspector can be sent to another manufacturing process.
