About This Product
We have two types of exterior inspection software. Both are our original software. Customers in a wide range of fields, such as semiconductors, automotive parts, and metal products, have been hired.
■ About AI inspection system EIT+
The tests that were difficult to detect with the conventional exterior inspection software, "Tests with a mixture of land (good -quality treatment) and defective defects, tests for work edge (boundary), and sensory tests close to those who are not based on rule inspection" were forced to rely on visual inspection. The AI Inspection System EIT+, which was originally developed by the Company.
■ Characteristics
･ Deep learning method (deep learning) using a small amount of good image can be learned with a good image from at least 20 pieces.
･ Learning in a short time is possible. Learning image: If you learn 20 pieces [100KB per sheet], you can learn in about 10 seconds.
･ Detection of defects that are difficult to detect can be detected by conventional tests.
The detection method in "EIT+" adopts an anomaly detection method. Here are the outline of the AI test.
1. Learn with a deep learning method (deep learning) using multiple good images
2. As a result of learning, a good -quality learning score (threshold for good and wrong judgment) is calculated and a learning network is created.
3. Perform test images based on the learning network and calculate the annomy score *
* Anomary score is a score that automatically determines the similarity between the learned network and the test image, and quantifies the test results.
4. Comparing the elegance learning score and the anomaly score to determine the OK and NG items.
