About This Product

■Stacked piezo actuator based on multilayer ceramic technology

・Extensive stack actuator lineup for various applications ・Operating range is 2μm to 260μm ・Mechanical preload possible ・Generates a maximum load of 50,000N ・Stainless steel housing can be used for products with housing. -Screw-in type and hermetic seal type options available. A stacked piezo actuator using multilayer ceramic is a single-axis actuator that is compact, highly accurate, and capable of high-speed repetitive motion. We also have models with extremely long lifespans that can move extremely large weights for vibration and shock testing. Made using multiple ceramic layers. Special epoxy resin encapsulation provides flexible, long-life protection. This technology has been proven in the field based on years of extensive experience. Depending on the size of the ceramic stack, these actuators can move masses of several kN. Resolution is limited only by the amplifier's signal noise. Strain gauges and feedback sensors are available as options. It can also be used in vacuum and extremely low temperatures.
