About This Product

■Multi-purpose soldering iron testerYou can measure the tip temperature, leakage voltage, and earth resistance of your soldering iron with this single device.

■Accurately measure tip temperature in just a few seconds- Compatible with the wide temperature range required for soldering*0-700℃, with an error of ±0.5% of full scale (not including sensor error).
- Because the sensor is designed to fit easily against the contact surface of the iron tip, it measures the temperature accurately in just a few seconds, regardless of the angle or shape of the iron tip.
・The sensor part can be easily replaced by the customer.
*0-700℃ is the measurement range when using a probe. The measurement range when using the temperature sensor is 0-500℃.

■Comparator functionWith the function that automatically determines pass/fail based on measured values, you can check whether your soldering iron meets the standards without reading the displayed value. If the measured value is within the preset upper and lower limit values, it will be judged as a pass, and a green lamp will turn on and a buzzer will sound. If it is out of range, the red lamp will light up.

■Displayed value hold function (Function as peak hold in temperature measurement.)The display value hold function allows you to easily read measured values ​​by holding them when writing them into data sheets, etc.

■Auto zero functionWhen measuring leakage voltage and earth resistance, zero point errors due to circuit temperature changes and aging are reset on the internal circuit.

■ Equipped with an alarm function that notifies you when it is time to replace the sensorThis function integrates the damage value of the sensor and when it reaches a set value, a sensor alarm lamp notifies you that it is time to replace the sensor.

■Compatible with international standards, JCSS inspection and calibration・In addition to manufacturer calibration, JCSS inspection calibration is available as an option (charged).
・JCSS calibration support: Compatible with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9000s, IATF 16949, etc.
- Calibration certificates with international MRA compliant JCSS certification symbols can be issued. (Regarding earth resistance measurement, it is outside the scope of JCSS certification.)
