■ The principle and mechanism of LCR meter
Most electronic circuits use inductors, resistance, and capacitors, and the device that measures the accurate operation value of each part is LCR meter. The LCR meter measures L (inductance), C (capacitance), and R (resistance) at high speed and high accuracy.
The LCR meter is composed of the "sine wave oscillator", "current voltage converter", and "vector voltage ratio measurement unit", and various measurements are performed by flowing exchange current to the measurement sample. Recently, the mainstream type in which the vector voltage ratio measurement unit is replaced with an AD converter and a digital operator.
The LCR meter SR715 and SR720 can be measured in four modes by combining the parameters of L, C, R and Q, and D. The measurement error is a problem in the measurement using an LCR meter, but by adopting the four -terminal method, the measurement is extremely low and the accuracy is highly accurate.
