About This Product

■Features

- The oscillating jet nozzle was developed based on the principle of a fluid oscillator and generates self-excited vibration internally without using any moving parts. ・Since the nozzle size can be made smaller, the pump can be made smaller, electricity costs can be reduced, and water consumption can be reduced by up to 40%. - Compatible with water, air, and coolant fluids. - Wash away cleaning residue and improve cleaning effectiveness. -Cleaning time can be reduced by up to 25%. ・Because the droplets are large, there is little heat loss even during injection.

■Structure

The internal structure is very simple.

■Water droplets

In an oscillating jet nozzle, the water stream vibrates internally so that every droplet leaves the nozzle on a different trajectory and hits the surface at a different point. Additionally, the water droplets sprayed from the nozzle are rotated, which allows them to penetrate beneath dirt and improve cleaning performance. Compared to fan-shaped spray nozzles, it has 1.5 times more pressure and 12 times more shear force.
