About This Product

■Gas flow measurement

The flow rate is measured from the differential pressure between the laminar flow grids created by the gas passing through the grids. Perform volume correction and pressure correction.              ・Qs=κ・ΔP× (273+20) / (273+T) × (Pi /760) ・Flow rate at 20°C and 1 atm Pi: Absolute inlet pressure

■Liquid flow rate measurement using pulse input

Measure the flow rate per pulse of a rotary piston flow sensor, etc. by pulse counting. ・Q=κ・Pulse number 100 multiplication circuit included.

■Flow rate measured from weight

Measure the weight using an electronic balance (W) and divide it by the specific gravity to find the volume. ・V=W/ρ
