About This Product
■What is Hebel?
Hebel is synonymous with ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight aerated Concrete). Due to its excellent properties, it is used in many buildings in a wide range of fields, from skyscrapers to single-family homes. Hebel is a JIS A5416 thick panel.
Features of HEBEL
■Strong against disasters
・Necessary and sufficient panel strength
Inside the ALC panel, rust-proofed reinforcing steel mats and metal lath are incorporated as reinforcing materials.
・Lightweight material
Despite being made of concrete, ALC is lightweight enough to float on water, reducing the burden on buildings during earthquakes.
・Researched installation method
The installation structure absorbs the deformation of the structure during an earthquake at the joints between the panels, and its safety has been confirmed in in-plane deformation tests (tests that reproduce the interstory deformation angle during earthquakes).
・Material with excellent fireproofing and fireproofing properties
ALC is included in concrete, which is specified as a noncombustible material in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism notification. There are also numerous specifications and ministerial certification specifications for fireproof construction.
■Excellent durability
・Extremely little change over time
Because it has low drying shrinkage and thermal expansion, it is resistant to extreme heat in summer and low temperatures and dryness in winter, making it a stable material that is less susceptible to deformation such as cracking, warping, and deflection.
・Tobermorite crystal
Tobermorite crystals are strong, physically stable over many years, and resistant to heat and oxidation.
■Environmentally friendly
・Inorganic building materials
ALC panels are manufactured from inorganic materials using natural materials such as silica stone, lime, and cement, and do not contain any organic compounds (chlorpyrifos, formaldehyde, etc.) that are the causative agents of sick building syndrome.
・Improvement of living environment
ALC panels, which contain countless small air bubbles inside, have excellent insulation performance and are approximately 10 times more effective than ordinary concrete.
·recycling
Asahi Kasei Construction Materials was designated for wide-area recycling in 1997, and received wide-area certification in 2004. Waste materials from construction sites are recycled and used as raw materials for panels at manufacturing plants.
*The width and length will be manufactured at 10mm intervals within the stated range. However, the actual distance between fulcrums should be 30D or less. (D: panel thickness)
*The protrusion length in the long side direction is less than 3 times the panel thickness, but if the finished load is 2,400N/m2 or more, it will be less than 200mm.
