About This Product

■Carbon/nitrogen/sulfur analyzer using combustion method that can collect up to 3g of sample

Equipped with the latest hardware and a mounted touchscreen monitor, the 928 Series is easy to operate using combustion (modified Dumas) techniques for the widest range of applications including food, feed, fertilizer and soil. This is a device for measuring. The basic analysis principle and performance follow the conventional LECO macro combustion method device, and further improvements have been made in three areas: throughput, downtime reduction, and reliability. It is designed for maximum performance, with outstanding features such as combustion capacity for up to 3 g of sample (FP928 model), fast analysis times, and low running costs.

・FP928 achieves cycle time of 5.3 minutes ・Extends reagent life and enables 4,000 continuous analyzes of reduced copper (3cc aliquot loop) ・Equipped with 100 position autoloader as standard

■Versatile and durable design suitable for a wide range of applications

・Horizontal ceramic combustion tube with a maximum temperature of 1,450°C completely burns macro samples in a pure oxygen stream ・A reusable sample boat with a wide opening facilitates sampling and supports efficient combustion. ・The ash content of the sample is collected together with the boat, reducing the frequency of combustion tube maintenance. ・Carrier gas can be compatible with both helium and argon, and can be switched without replacing hardware.

■Low running cost

・Highly efficient combustion furnaces do not need to be filled with reagents such as oxidizers, and intelligent control allows for longer lifespans of combustion tubes and heating elements. ・Remove water without using reagents using thermoelectric cooler (FP/CN model) ・Since a fixed amount of measurement gas is sampled from the ballast tank (aliquot system), consumption of reagents such as reduced copper is constant and minimal, regardless of sample volume, components, carbon content, etc. ・Energy-saving design reduces power supply capacity to less than half that of conventional models
