About This Product

The oxygen/nitrogen analyzer ON736 uses cutting-edge technology to realize the opinions and requests of our customers over the years, making it ideal for daily analysis. Oxygen and nitrogen in all inorganic materials such as steel, nonferrous metals, high melting point metals, and ceramics are measured using the inert gas fusion method. Instrument control is via a Windows®-based touchscreen interface mounted on a flexible arm, saving valuable work space. ■Analysis target Steel, cast iron, ferroalloy, titanium alloy, zirconium, mold powder, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, ceramics, etc. Features and benefits ■Excellent features ・The current LED light illuminates the electrode area and improves work efficiency. ・Helium or argon can be selected as the carrier gas. ・New electrode design with improved heat exchange efficiency. ・Desktop type interface system is also available. -Easy to use Cornerstone software. ■Improvement of detector - Automatic temperature adjustment function minimizes the effects of ambient temperature changes. -Long-life emitter drive and drift-free detection circuit improve long-term stability. ・Infrared absorption method is applied to oxygen measurement, and thermal conductivity method is applied to nitrogen measurement. ■Options ・A 3-stage gas purification system can be added with the performance package. ・A radiator with Sure DC fan can be added with the dual cooling package. You can choose between water cooling, air cooling, or a combination of both. ・Addition of auto-cleaner reduces the frequency of manual cleaning between samples. ・A shuttle loader Shuttle20 for 20 samples can be attached.
