About This Product

The oxygen/nitrogen/hydrogen analyzer ONH836 is a wide range type that has been realized using cutting-edge technology based on customer feedback and requests over many years. We measure oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen in all inorganic materials such as steel, nonferrous metals, high-melting point metals, and ceramics using the inert gas fusion method. All operations such as instrument control, analysis condition settings, diagnostics and report printing are performed via a Windows®-based touchscreen interface mounted on the flexible arm, saving valuable work space. There is nothing wrong. ■Analysis target Steel, cast iron, ferroalloy, titanium alloy, zirconium, mold powder, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, ceramics, etc. Features and benefits ■Excellent features - Three oxygen detection infrared (IR) detectors enable the industry's largest analysis range. ・Patented Dynamic Flow Compensation (DFC) further increases the stability of the TC cell. ・The latest patent-pending IR detector has further improved long-term stability with an emitter drive and drift-free detection circuit. - Patent-pending high-efficiency cleaning system reduces manual cleaning and provides dust-free operation. ■ Comprehensive sample loading area -Minimizes atmospheric entrainment when introducing samples. - Regular maintenance of the sample drop mechanism has been simplified. - Disc filter replacement is now easier. - The OMI tube (reagent for removing oxygen and moisture in carrier gas) is easier to replace and has a longer lifespan by bypassing it. ■Highly reliable automation mechanism - By installing an optional auto cleaner, manual cleaning between samples can be minimized. ・Optional batch loader for 20 samples can also be installed. ■Others -Ergonomic and intuitive operation is possible with the touch panel interface attached to the flexible arm. ・Pressure-compensated, temperature-controlled gas dosing system. - The latest piping minimizes joints that can cause damage or leaks.
