About This Product

■SummaryRepro Primer is a high-performance primer whose main component is acrylic resin. By applying it to the underlying concrete, it strengthens the adhesion between the cross-section repair material and the concrete. In addition, by using it when finishing the surface of cross-sectional repair materials, it can prevent initial cracking due to drying.

■Adhesive strength・By applying it to the base concrete surface before cross-section repair work, it reduces water absorption into the base and prevents dryout.
- Stable and high adhesive strength can be obtained by preventing dryout of the adhesive surface.

■Crack preventionBy blending it into the construction surface and leveling it with a trowel, you can prevent initial cracking caused by drying.

■Standard usage amount・Primer use: 100g/㎡ - 200g/㎡
・Surface finishing application: To the extent that the construction surface of the cross-sectional repair material becomes damp

■Construction procedurePrimer use
・Chiseling
Remove any floating objects, laitance, weak parts, oil, etc. from the concrete base.
・Coating
Make sure that the base concrete is dry, then apply 100g/m2 to 200g/m2 evenly over the entire surface using a brush, roller, sprayer, etc.
・Next process
Make sure it is dry to the touch, then apply the cross-section repair material. (Estimated drying time to the touch: 30 minutes (20℃))
*We recommend using Reprobond when higher adhesive strength is required, such as on wet surfaces or ceiling surfaces.

Surface finishing applications
・Coating
Apply the cross-section repair material using a brush, roller, or sprayer until the construction surface is damp.
*Please be careful not to over-apply or unevenly apply the repro primer as this will impair the aesthetic appearance.
・Leveling
Level the area with a trowel so that the cross-section repair material and repro primer are blended together.

■Construction precautions・When storing, avoid direct sunlight, store at 0°C to 40°C, and do not freeze in winter.
・Do not use if frozen.
- Stir well before use and use without diluting.
・Avoid construction if rain or snow is expected.
・The drying time to the touch after application varies depending on temperature, humidity, wind, etc. Be sure to install the cross-section repair material after making sure it is dry to the touch.
