About This Product

The Fuse 1+ 30W is a high-speed SLS 3D printer designed for maximum production throughput and minimal material loss. With unprecedented build speed and support for a wider range of materials, you can achieve true high-speed production in-house.

■Excellent modeling speed

A powerful 30W laser with scan speeds up to 12.5m/s completes high-precision product manufacturing within 24 hours.

■Highly functional industrial materials

An improved powder delivery system and the option to print in an inert gas environment enable support for new materials and provide better mechanical properties when using existing materials.

■Higher cost-effectiveness with zero waste

By optimizing packing density and powder recyclability, it is possible to print with zero material loss and lower manufacturing costs per part.

■Preparation and settings are minimal. print is maximum

By loading an STL or OBJ format file with Formlabs' print preparation software PreForm, print settings are automatically generated. Of course, manual adjustments are also supported, and printing time and material consumption are calculated before printing. For batch production, models are copied within the build space and laid out in high density to minimize build time and material consumption.

■SLS is also easily managed. Of course, even remotely

The touch screen guides you through printing and preparations in an easy-to-understand manner with illustrations. You can also check the printing process of each layer live on the touch screen. This camera view can also be checked remotely from PreForm. Print progress can be easily monitored even remotely. Even if you have multiple printers at multiple locations, you can check the progress of each printer and the amount of material remaining in the printer at a glance on the cloud dashboard.

■Original technology that brings surprising quality

With SLS 3D printing, unmelted powder that was not used for printing supports the printed product, so there is no need for support materials, and models with complex internal structures can be easily printed. In addition, the unique patent-pending Surface Armor technology forms a semi-molten film around the modeled object, maximizing the material properties while achieving superior surface quality unrivaled by other SLS. With Fuse 1+ 30W, you can achieve even higher quality.
