It is possible to centrally manage multiple 3D printers with automation that can also be controlled remotely. Automation products like Form Auto, Fleet Control, and High Volume Resin System help you get the most out of your 3D printer.
■New product features and benefits
Form Auto is an external attachment type product compatible with Form 3, Form 3+, Form 3B, and Form 3B+. After printing is complete, the Build Platform 2's patented Quick Release Technology automatically removes the print from the build platform and stores it in a special container. Once removed, the printed part can be immediately cleaned with Form Wash. Build Platform 2 will be automatically reinstalled into the printer and the next print will start. No manual work is required during this time.
In addition, the removal of the printed product is recorded by the camera installed in Form Auto. Images and videos from this camera can be viewed on another floor, at home, or remotely through software.
■Fleet Control
Fleet Control is an extension of Formlabs' free software PreForm and Dashboard that allows you to manage multiple printers more efficiently, such as by centrally managing print queues and automatically assigning printers according to job content. Masu.
■High Volume Resin System
The High Volume Resin System is a system that automatically supplies resin directly to the resin tank from an external 5L Resin Bag, and can automatically supply five times the amount of resin to the printer as a conventional resin cartridge.
