About This Product
The liquid flow meter "SLQ-QT500" can measure a flow rate range of up to 120ml/min for water or hydrocarbon (alcohol, solvent, oil, fuel, adhesive) liquids, and can measure liquids containing particles or high-temperature liquids. Excellent for measuring liquid viscosity. It can be easily integrated with one of the SCC1 sensor cables into demanding coating systems in the semiconductor industry, as well as a variety of dispensing and liquid flow systems in other industries.
The high sensitivity and measurement speed of the SLQ-QT500 liquid flow meter provide new added value for monitoring and controlling high-speed dispensing processes. The sensor contains calibration values for water and isopropanol (IPA). Due to the principle of thermal measurement and the large inner diameter of the pipe, the measurement performance of the liquid flow meter "SLQ-QT500" is not affected by the viscosity itself, so there is no strict upper or lower limit of viscosity (for example, kinematic viscosity of 1,000 mm2/ (possible up to s). Additionally, it is ideal for measuring liquids containing small particles, as long as the fused silica tube is not polished.
For the wetted parts, PFA is used for the fittings and quartz glass is used for the internal flow path. Like all of our liquid flow meters, the flow path inside the sensor of this reliable product is a straight path and has no moving parts.
