■MDC series
UV curing is a process or method in which a polymerization reaction occurs by irradiating ultraviolet rays to an ultraviolet curing resin, turning it from a liquid to a solid. UV curing has been put into practical use in the printing field for things like stickers and labels, and is now used in all manufacturing fields, including semiconductors, electronics, and automobiles. In recent years, applications have expanded to new fields such as solar cells and nanotechnology.
■Two models available: 120mm and 150mm transport width MDC series
・Desktop UV curing device with conveyor transport function in a compact body
・It can be used for a wide range of purposes such as research and production, and pursues functionality and operability.
Features
■You can select the optimal "wavelength" according to the research/development content, materials, and required wavelength.
High-pressure mercury lamps and metal halide lamps can be used by simply replacing the lamp.
■Anyone can easily operate it
We pursued operability so that anyone can easily use it without the need for complicated operations. Conveyor speed changes and dimming can be changed with a single button.
■Irradiator direction can be changed according to the irradiation area
When installed at right angles to the lamp, the standard effective irradiation width is 100mm, and when installed parallel to the lamp, the effective irradiation width is 50mm. You can change the direction of the irradiator according to the area you want to irradiate.
