■MDH series

UV curing is a process or method in which a polymerization reaction occurs by irradiating ultraviolet rays to an ultraviolet curing resin, turning it from a liquid to a solid. UV curing has been put into practical use in the printing field for things like stickers and labels, and is now used in all manufacturing fields, including semiconductors, electronics, and automobiles. In recent years, applications have expanded to new fields such as solar cells and nanotechnology.

Aiming for the concept of ``easily curing by anyone, anywhere'', this is a handy type ultraviolet curing device that pursues compactness and cost. It can be easily carried to the site where it is needed and can be easily used by anyone.

■Handy type of UV curing device: High-intensity irradiation is possible with a high-power lamp

An ultraviolet lamp that is compact yet achieves a lamp output of 120W/cm. It is possible to irradiate with high UV illuminance equivalent to a 1,500W class UV lamp. The average lifespan is 1,000 hours when continuously lit.

■Handy UV lamp: Adopts a condensing mirror with emphasis on peak illuminance

Equipped with a condensing mirror that emphasizes peak illuminance to obtain high ultraviolet illuminance, and a cold mirror that efficiently reflects only ultraviolet rays and transmits infrared rays, which cause heat.

■Concentrating mirror: Select a UV lamp that matches the characteristics of the resin or paint.

There are three types of ultraviolet lamps: high-pressure mercury lamps, metal halide lamps, and gallium lamps. You can use it by simply replacing the lamp depending on your purpose.

■High pressure mercury lamp (Hg)

The main wavelength is 365nm, and it emits a strong spectrum at 250nm, 450nm, etc. Suitable for curing clear paint.

■Metal halide lamp (Fe)

Emit a continuous spectrum in the 200-450nm range. Suitable for curing thick film paints containing pigments.

■Gallium lamp (Ga)

It emits a strong spectrum around 400-450nm. Suitable for curing thick film paints containing pigments.
