■HDR series
UV curing is a process or method in which a polymerization reaction occurs by irradiating ultraviolet rays to an ultraviolet curing resin, turning it from a liquid to a solid. UV curing has been put into practical use in the printing field for things like stickers and labels, and is now used in all manufacturing fields, including semiconductors, electronics, and automobiles. In recent years, applications have expanded to new fields such as solar cells and nanotechnology.
We offer UV curing equipment equipped with our own original UV lamps.

The irradiator is the heart of the ultraviolet curing equipment and consists of an ultraviolet lamp, lamp mirror, shutter mechanism, cooling mechanism, etc. This device also plays the role of preventing ultraviolet rays from leaking to the outside and irradiates ultraviolet rays safely and efficiently.
■IR cut filter
The IR cut filter allows the ultraviolet rays necessary for curing to pass through, but cuts out the excess infrared rays that cause heat, thereby suppressing the rise in temperature of the workpiece. Use it by attaching it to the irradiator.
■Can be used more safely
This is a safe UV irradiation device that does not leak ozone or UV rays to the outside. Equipped as standard with an interlock function that automatically turns off the lamp if you open the door while it is on.
■Equipped with exhaust ozone blower and hose as standard
A blower for exhausting ozone generated from the UV lamp and for cooling the UV lamp is available as an accessory. Exhaust ozone should be discharged to the outside, or decomposed using a catalyst, etc. before being exhausted.
