■New common sense in organic elemental analysis

Check out UNICUBE, our flagship organic elemental analyzer. This elemental analyzer has low running costs, and although it is a micro elemental analyzer, it has a dynamic measurement range comparable to that of a macro analyzer. UNICUBE can simultaneously analyze carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and sulfur contained in solid and liquid samples, but it can be widely applied from 0.1 mg of high-purity chemicals to 15 mg of liquid fuel and 1 g of soil (heterogeneous samples). , and even oxygen and chlorine measurement options can be added. It requires no frequent maintenance, has a long continuous operating time, and is extremely quiet, allowing you to perform analysis tasks comfortably.

■High temperature combustion unit

The electric furnace with a 10-year warranty completely burns the sample at a maximum temperature of 1,200℃ (1,800℃ when tin foil is used). Jet injection, which sprays oxygen directly onto the sample, maximizes the oxygen concentration at the combustion point and reduces oxygen consumption during combustion. 100% combustion and recovery can be achieved even for samples that were previously flame retardant.

■Purge & Trap Chromatography

After the combustion mixture gas is adsorbed by the TPD column, each component is desorbed and separated. Desorption takes advantage of the temperature dependence of each component, and desorption of the next gas component starts after automatically recognizing that the detection signal of the previous gas component has returned to the baseline. As a result, peaks are completely separated with no overlap, and return to baseline is automatically detected and analysis time is automatically optimized.
