■Product introduction

・Rubber magnets are made by mixing ferrite powder or neodymium magnet powder with soft resin (chlorinated polyethylene), rubber, or other materials, and extruding, pouring, rolling, or punching them into strips, sheets, or rolls. - Neodymium rubber magnets have strong magnetic force but are prone to rust, while ferrite has weaker magnetic force than neodymium magnets but is resistant to rust. If the neodymium rubber magnet is in the form of a strip, it can be covered with a soft sleeve to prevent rust. - Rubber magnets are soft, so they are easy to work with and can be cut into various shapes with scissors or a cutter. Can be punched and cut. ・Rubber magnets have strong attraction, so they are generally magnetized with single-sided multi-pole magnetization. Depending on customer needs, the surface of the rubber magnet can be laminated with color lithography printing, screen-printed paper or resin sheets. We can also provide custom-made laminations. Our PVC colors include white, black, red, yellow, blue, green, and orange, and a transparent film can be applied to the surface to provide writing and erasing functions. We can also laminate with other materials such as special colors or EVA resin. ・We have magnetic printing paper in A3, A4, and A5 sizes with a thickness of 0.3 mm, which is suitable for printing with various printers. We also have iron-on paper with a thickness of 0.4 mm. Depending on the customer's request, colored PVC or paper can be pasted on the surface.
