We have achieved a dust removal/collection rate of over 90% with simple maintenance and low cost. The structure and mechanism are extremely simple, simple, and easy to handle. This scrubber-type geocleaner uses a microbubble method without using a filter, and is particularly effective for things that are difficult to process and collect, such as water-based and oil-based paint mist, and oil mist from metal processing.

The microbubble method is particularly effective in the case of foul-smelling or flammable dust, as it thoroughly removes and collects these dusts, and also deodorizes them (although it may not be suitable). ■Adsorption mechanism
Microbubbles are small bubbles that cannot be seen with the naked eye, and the smaller they are, the more surface area they have in the same volume unit. The surface tension of the foam becomes stronger and the adsorption effect becomes stronger, effectively capturing and collecting suspended matter such as dust and mist. Dust is separated and decomposed in the cyclonic state created by the device, and the dust particles are collected.
■Special function of microbubbles
Harmful substances adsorbed by bubbles are oxidized and decomposed during the collapse phenomenon in which the bubbles shrink and disappear. However, the crushing phenomenon caused by bubbles takes time, and if it takes too long, the process will not be completed in time, so the bursting is accelerated by colliding with the side wall (forced crushing phenomenon). There are other methods of forced crushing, but we use hitting to accelerate the reaction.
The purpose of using an axial fan (fan-like) is to take advantage of the cyclonic state of rotational flow.
■Responsive to bad odors, high temperatures, and flammability
In the case of paint mist, it is adsorbed and decomposed and the mist is collected as paint sludge, and the malodor of the solvent is oxidized and decomposed and deodorized and exhausted outside (the malodor does not disappear completely). As a dust collector, GeoCleaner does not use a filter, so it does not clog the filter with dust, fume, or sludge from water-based paint during processing such as polishing, cutting, drilling, cutting, etc., and reduces the suction power and dust removal power for dust.
