However, the FARO Super 6DoF TrackArm has 6 degrees of freedom (6DoF), so it measures all hidden areas and eliminates line-of-sight issues, even in corners. The Super 6DoF TrackArm combines the measurement precision of a FARO Vantage laser tracker with the flexibility of a Quantum ScanArm or Quantum FaroArm® to measure anything, anywhere, in a fraction of the time and cost compared to other methods.
