■Slim design with built-in antenna
PS-800GP has a neat form with a built-in GPS antenna. Installation is easy as no antenna wiring is required. There are many features that are unique to plotter fish finders.
■ Clear and large screen makes it even easier to see
The PS-800GP features a large, easy-to-read 8.4-inch screen with LED backlight and high-brightness LCD (1,000 candela). Excellent visibility even in bright sunny outdoors. Achieves high definition of 640 x 480 dots. With a bright and clear screen, you won't miss even the smallest of reactions.
■Complete fish finder & plotter functions
Compatible with two frequencies, expanding the detection field.
200kHz has a narrow beam angle, allows pinpoint detection directly below your own ship, and exhibits high resolution. On the other hand, at a low frequency of 50kHz, ultrasonic waves are less attenuated than at a high frequency of 200kHz, so it is possible to detect deeper fields. By properly utilizing the characteristics of each frequency, it is possible to detect a wide range of areas from shallow to deep areas.
■Make fishing more fun with fish characters
This function identifies the response received by the transducer and displays it as a fish character. Three patterns of characters will appear depending on the strength of the reaction. Since you can check the response intuitively, it is especially suitable for those using a fish finder for the first time or those who are not yet accustomed to the fish finder's display.
*This function only supports frequencies 50/200kHz and 50&200kHz.
*This function can be used within a 100m range.
*PS-800GP does not support "fish size/depth display".
