Piezoelectric measuring chains of the CM series are suitable for use in various industrial production purposes and reliably convert measured forces into 0-10V signals. The chain is calibrated over the entire measurement range, so there is no need to adjust the measurement amplifier, and the relationship between output signal voltage and force measurement in Newtons is clearly stated in the accompanying documentation. The piezoelectric sensor principle generally means that the sensor has a wide measuring range and reliably measures large and small forces, even with high initial loads. Measuring chains based on CFT variation with a capacity of 5 kN or 20 kN are calibrated at 100% and 20% of the nominal force, all other CMC measuring chains are calibrated at 1%, 10% and 100% of the nominal force. Masu. The measuring range can be switched via the digital input of the charge amplifier. Zero adjustment can be triggered easily as well. All piezoelectric force measurement chains in this series consist of a prestressed and calibrated sensor, a charging cable and a charging amplifier. These components can be used in any combination, making it easy to adapt the measurement chain to each measurement task.
