About This Product

■General-purpose industrial weighing module

The weighing module HLCM is capable of high-precision weighing up to accuracy class C3. Extremely robust and can be used in conjunction with various maximum capacity load cells. All-rounder for a very wide range of industrial applications.

■Weighing module HLCM: High precision measurement with accuracy class C3

The weighing module HLCM incorporates a high-quality load cell HLCB from HBM and is capable of weighing with an accuracy up to accuracy class C3. It can be combined with a wide range of maximum capacity load cells from 110kg to 4.4t, making it ideal for tank weighing and batching in the food and building materials industries. The HLCM has an integrated stay rod and anti-lift-off device, which ensures tank and silo stability even in the presence of large lateral forces. The weigh module incorporates a self-centering rocker pin that ensures optimal force application and is ready for use without calibration. Available in robust galvanized or stainless steel versions, they ensure excellent corrosion resistance and strength to withstand overloads up to twice their maximum capacity. IECEx/ATEX-compliant explosion-proof versions of the modules with robust braided-coated connection cables can be used in even harsher environments. The weigh module HLCM is maintenance-free and easy to install using the integrated load cell and standard mounting holes.
