About This Product

HMB's original bending beam type high-precision load cell Z6 features a particularly advanced protection function and is used in a variety of applications.

■Bending beam type load cell Z6: Industry standard for accuracy and robustness with a weighing range of 5 kg to 1 t.

The Z6 high-precision bending beam load cell was developed by HBM in 1972 and has been continuously optimized over the decades. The Z6 is based on strain gauge technology and is available in nine versions with capacities ranging from 5kg to 1t. Load cells featuring this metal bellows have been shipped in the millions and have become the global standard. It is used in dosing and level measurement platforms and conveyor scales, as well as weighing modules for tank weighing applications. Metal bellows protect the load cell from moisture ingress. Z6 load cells are optimized for parallel connection. Explosion-proof specifications compliant with IECEx-ATEX can be selected.
