Single point load cell PW16A is available in 10 different maximum capacities and supports various applications using large platforms.

■PW16A: Single point load cell for high speed weighing cycles

The single point load cell PW16A is suitable for industrial applications requiring short settling times and high cycle rates. For example, weighing scales, filling liquids and gases, or weighing building materials. The PW16A is highly rigid and uses the proven HBM strain gauge technology, which allows accurate weighing according to accuracy classes C3 (multi-range) and C4, even when weighing at very high speeds. With 10 different maximum capacities from 30 to 660 kg and many options and cable lengths to choose from, the PW16A is an ideal solution to meet the requirements of various applications. Built-in eccentricity (off-center) error compensation and eccentric load compensation make it ideal for single-point applications requiring large weighing platforms up to 600 x 600 mm. An optional version with balanced signal output for parallel connection is also available. The PW16A uses 6-wire technology, and the cable shield is connected to the measurement body, allowing it to provide reliable measurement data even in environments with electromagnetic noise. Comes with a test certificate to prove that it is for high precision measurement. An explosion-proof version according to IECEx+ATEX is also available.
