The fully enclosed PW29 is a single point load cell designed for large weighing platforms with high maximum load capacity. This load cell is made of stainless steel and is ideal for situations where heavy objects must be weighed accurately, such as in the food and beverage industry and the pharmaceutical industry. The PW29 provides reliable measurement results that comply with OIML R60 regulations, even under the harshest operating conditions. This is made possible by the latest housing design, strain gage system and robust design optimized for this instrument. Furthermore, PW29 complies with the current highest level of protection class IP68/IP69K. There is no need to worry about trouble even in dusty environments. Can also be used in applications exposed to water or moisture. Even if you use a high-pressure washer or strong detergent to clean it, the load cell will continue to function normally without being affected in any way. Whether for traditional scale, plant engineering or food manufacturing, the PW29 is designed to be ideal for large platforms. Moreover, only one HBM load cell is required for installation. This single-point load cell provides accurate weighing on rail, tabletop, floor, and belt conveyor scales, as well as when weighing in production systems and in tanks for horizontal monitoring. We provide measurement results reliably. All PW29 models meet the C3MR accuracy class. We also provide OIML compliance certificates for load cells. In this way, the PW29 load cell has optimal performance as a scale suitable for commercial transactions. In addition to adjustable overload protection, four screw holes for fixing the load cell and mounting the weighing platform ensure high mechanical reliability. For maximum allowable loads of 500kg and above, M12 screws are used. An integrated threaded adapter makes it easy to use cable protection systems.
