■T40CB High-speed torque converter with center hole
Torque flange T40CB is short and mass-optimized with a center inner diameter of 37.5 mm and 46.5 mm to support rotation speeds up to 30,000 rpm.
■T40CB: Center-bore high-speed ultra-short torque converter
The T40CB features a very compact and very short design. There are two versions.
・Variation with center inner diameter 37.5mm and length 49mm. This very short and compact version offers the most flexibility in terms of installation, as it can be mounted either screwed or stud bolted.
・Variation with center diameter 46.5mm and total length 54mm. This is a converter with a large center inner diameter and a relatively short overall length. Because the center inner diameter is large, installation is possible using screw-in methods only.
Depending on the test concept, it may be necessary or advantageous, for example, to lead lubricating oil or cooling water lines directly to the torque transducer. Additionally, when testing coaxial gears, it is often necessary to thread the shaft through a transducer. Proven T40 electronics provide typically high precision.
