About This Product

■T40MS

Short torque flange with low mass and low inertia for rotation speeds up to 30,000 rpm

■T40MS torque flange. Small, compact, short - ideal for high speed rotation up to 30,000rpm

The T40MS torque transducer is a space-saving and cost-saving solution for high-speed applications up to 30,000 rpm. It features a very compact, short and mass-optimized design, covering the available nominal torques in one measuring body size. This greatly simplifies handling in applications. The proven T40 electronics offer typical high accuracy and combine the sensor with other properties to provide high-speed rotating applications such as all-electric drives, transmission test benches, test benches for helicopter parts and adjustable actuators, etc. This makes it ideal for tests where speed and robustness are required. ・HBM accuracy class: 0.05 ・Rotation speed: max. 30,000rpm ・Nominal (rated) torque: 200Nm, 500Nm, 1kNm, 2kNm

High reliability - Formula 1 tested and approved design - Strong against rotational acceleration and vibration -Digital transmission method including error detection ensures interference-free data transmission without compromising accuracy. ・Reliable measurement data and robustness even under difficult high-speed environments 3. Flexibility ・Stud bolt or bolt-flange mounting Analog and digital interfaces for easy integration with different testbench systems Optional: Robust magnetic rotational speed measurement system with reference pulse to obtain absolute rotor position Maximum flexibility with one rotor size for all available measuring ranges
